dc.description.abstract | The study attempted to identify factors that influenced a student employee’s decision to continue employment with an on-campus lodging facility applying a rarely used interpretative inquiry approach. The researchers chronicled the experiences and views of a college student at such a facility. The result of the case study indicated that the student employee had unique motivators that if implemented could influence decisions to continue employment with on-campus lodging facilities. | vi |
