Journal of Travel and Tourism Research, Fall 2012vi
The study aims to reveal the relationship among organizational deviance behavior of employees in hotel establishments, the dimensions of the perception of organizational support, and job quit intention. For this purpose, some 167 questionnaires were obtained from the four- and five-star hotel establishments in Didim region. Although there was no relationship between deviance behavior and the perception of organizational support in the study, it was determined that adjustment support led to the displaying of interpersonal and organizational deviance behaviors and quitting and that organizational and interpersonal deviance behaviors as well as the general deviance behavior also had an effect on quitting.vi
